Peaceful schoolgirl by day, fearsome monster slayer by evening, Saya Kisaragi is main a break up life. Geared up with a ceremonial sword given to her by her father for sacred duties, she vanquishes each monster who dares threaten her quiet little village. After which, unexpectedly, a wierd canine seems; it asks her to whom she promised to guard the village, curious as to what would occur if she have been to interrupt that promise. Plagued by unexplainable visions and her world unraveling round her, we journey with Saya by way of her battle to discover a method to the reality in a village the place nothing is because it appears.
